Wealth Decoded
HSBC was Hong Kong's largest bank, yet few associated HSBC with wealth. So as the largest bank with the most amount of data and intelligence, it created an AI-powered campaign with virtual influencers and AI-generated insights that demystified wealth insights. Targeted at 3 different levels of investors, HSBC demystified the latest trends and wealth insights to communicate its CIO House View so that affluent investors could make smarter choices. This led to a 24% growth in new-to-investment customers, and 1 in 3 Hong Kongers now investing with HSBC.

A Tribute to Constants
The case is about Vodafone, a major Telecom player, facing a challenge of declining brand love and retention. And what was created to regain consumer's positive sentiment, by developing a retention plan that encouraged brand loyalty. We launched a cross-channel emotional campaign centered around gratitude. The campaign was supported by a purpose-led Rewards Loyalty Program that aimed to reconnect with the loyal customers. We managed to convert over 30% of the app users and witnessed a remarkable 3-point increase in their Net Promoter Score, effectively solidifying the brand's position.

Voices redefining beauty
Seeking to strengthen its connection with young Arab women in the GCC, Sephora ventured beyond typical beauty promotions. Instead, turned the spotlight onto the diverse and eloquent voices of these young women, and gave them a platform to share their own definition of beauty in their own voices – redefining beauty. Leveraging influential Arab figures, emerging talents from Saudi Idol, and young artists and musicians, we amplified the voices of progressive, young Arab women. In turn, Sephora boosted its popularity, sales and meaningfulness for young Arab women.
