The Sri Lanka Eye Donation Society needed eye donors to meet increasing patient demand; but being a Non-Profit Organization, lacked the budget to advertise. Having found that most Sri Lankans were willing to donate their eyes, but didn't know how; we identified Poson, a main Buddhist Holiday, as the idyllic emotional platform to recruit donors via a 'reversed dansala'. As 'giving' to collect merit is a key aspect of Buddhist way of life. Our campaigning recruited more donors in one week than were recruited in the entire previous year.

Mein Kampf – against racism
Right-wing extremism was on the rise again in Germany fueled by the republication of Hitler’s “Mein Kampf” in 2016. “Gesicht Zeigen!“, a non-profit association encouraging people to stand against racism, wanted to fight back and start a counter-movement. Our idea: Not a campaign, but a product – a book against a book. Taking the same title and layout as the original, the counterbook „Mein Kampf – against racism“ featured 11 people and their courageous struggle against racism. It counteracted the original on all fronts and successfully became one of the most discussed books in 2016.
