The online dating category had long been dominated by two huge players: Match.com and eHarmony. In 2010, dating site Zoosk had aspirations on becoming the third. With only 15% awareness, and nearly a dozen competitors with the same goal, this was a huge task. Identifying that not everybody is looking for the one an unmet need in the category the agency created a campaign that gave Zoosk the positioning it lacked. The campaign, Online dating, your way, drove awareness and subscription rates through the roof.

The Web is What You Make of It
Our challenge was to grow adoption of Chrome from a niche tech-literate audience to a mainstream audience with no understanding of internet browsers. To do this we refocused the brand, from talking about how Chrome can do amazing things to showing how people can do wonderful things with Chrome. As a result, awareness increased, we kept our momentum in the market (while competitors stagnated or declined) and the mainstream started talking about Chrome as an inspirational choice in their every day lives.
