MAGGI is a soup seasoning specialist with the highest penetration among people over 60 y. o. What could be done when soups are cooked less and the number of loyal users is decreasing for natural reasons? We attracted younger users and faced the challenge of changing their belief that MAGGI is old-fashioned and for soups only. By adapting the right strategy and, consequently, creating an attractive and engaging communication idea adopted to different media, we succeeded: we have introduced MAGGI to modern cuisine achieving record sales.
