In order to drive turbocharge Hellmann’s brand purpose and reinvigorate sales which had stalled, we launched the Real Food Rescue which took recovered food that would otherwise be wasted and delivered it to Canadians in need. Key to our success, was connecting Hellmann’s Real Food positioning with Canada’s Real Food Waste issue.

Recipe Mixes- Cullinary
In a category that fundamentally rests on one variant i.e. Biryani recipe mix, Shan assumed responsibility to drive category growth. Shan shifted the weight toward the primary five (P5) variants – Shami Kabab, BBQ, Fish, Nihari and Paya. The campaign was built in tandem with our audience’s variety seeking lifestyle; each P5 variant was coupled with a family member as their favorite while our protagonist is the driving force behind the calls taken in the kitchen in a communication series.

Bonduelle grew into olives
How to tell about the brand in a new way, keeping it recognizable? How to outrun competitors, if your range is 10 times narrower? How to explain people that Bonduelle is not only corn and peas, but also olives?.. We took a strong insight, added brand cues to the experimental visual solution and served to the target audience at the height of the season. Following the campaign, Bonduelle became the most recognizable brand in “Olives” and entered the top 3 in the category. We turned the consumer consciousness, formed over decades, in 1 month.
