Seeking 100% survival for 100% of cancers, survivors themselves lead the call for more research funding. Opening on World Cancer Day 2020, with a media budget of just €25,000 it helped Breakthrough cancer research fund more investment in cancer research than ever before.

You are not alone. The lifeline support line.
You are not alone. The phenomenally successful support line by ALONE Cometh the hour, cometh the organisation. ALONE is a charity that supports older people living alone. Almost overnight this frightened population were not just isolated but cut-off as they were warned to stay indoors and ‘cocoon’ . How would they survive? Nationally a network of community organisations was on standby to help. But who would co-ordinate? The answer was ALONE’s National Support Line and the campaign to get people to call exceeded all expectations.
