When Maggi, leader in the cooking aids category, launched its new segment “Liquid Mixes” to attract the busy, more health-conscious consumer of today; the challenge was big. We needed to disrupt the current process of preparing traditional dishes, one that has been built over generations and convince young women to choose Maggi’s innovation instead. So, we launched a full-fledged ecosystem targeting every stage of the shopper journey, one that not only 3x more than its previous best performing innovation, but also generated engagement 3x more than industry benchmarks.

CVS Dove Positively Real
Beauty/Personal Care trips to CVS have been in decline, with Dove experiencing negative sales impact. So we uncovered how to align CVS’ and Dove’s beauty purposes in a unique and inspirational way that disrupted our shoppers’ usual health-oriented trip. Our Dove portfolio program, “Positively Real,” celebrated our shoppers’ real, unaltered beauty and was supported by a 360 omnichannel plan. Our results brought in +15% dollar sales lift for Dove’s total portfolio, proving our story was powerful. This program has been so successful, we’re currently working on a year 2 execution.

El desafío era posicionar a Mercado Libre como el lugar ideal para encontrar el mejor regalo al cambiar la percepción de precio y variedad que estaba en descenso. Utilizamos un insight que se repite cada vez que preguntamos a las madres qué quieren en su día y nos responden: una pavadita, nada, cualquier cosita. Mercado Libre modificó su buscador para que cualquier persona que busque las palabras claves pudiese encontrar regalos increíbles para sus madres. Este cambio condujo a un incremento de hasta 82% respecto al año anterior.
