What's Your Request
The "What's Your Request" campaign changed perceptions of the Wyndham brand and expectations of other hotels in the category. We combined an operational idea and a marketing idea and were able to break through the clutter in the hotel category while changing perceptions of the Wynham brand. By positioning Wyndham as the only hotel that actually asked consumers what they wanted we established a stronger long-term relationship with our guests increasing loyalty. The campaign created an increase of over 300% in unaided awareness, generated over 500,000 By Request members and increased the number of guests staying two or more times by 67%.
