Symphony is the Hershey Chocolate Company's first new milk chocolate bar to be launched in over 100 years. The submitted TV spot aired during Symphony's California test market (2/88-8/89) and is called "Orchestra." It was very successful in helping Symphony quickly reach its goals: establish name awareness, motivate trial and create an image of sophistication and quality.
