Oxford Family Phone Card
Oxford was losing Members without having an opportunity to contact Members and "save" the Membership. The Challenge was to create a mechanism that could entice "hardcore" non-responders to change their behavior and contact Oxford to learn about the new Oxford benefits they entitled to If we could talk to these members we had a chance of keeping them. The challenge was met and outcome far exceeded expectations.
