IKEA 100 Store
40% of Taiwanese think IKEA is not affordable. While competitors focus on low-price discount, the challenge is to change people’s perception from Nordic’s expensive price to affordable. When people shop, 5-sense experience is more persuasive than displaying price directly. Therefore, IKEA created a new business model and launched 100-dollar store in the night market, transforming high-end products image to affordable, reachable, and could be bought frequently. The store ‘s product, price, place and never-discount marketing strategies are different from other pop-up shops. The campaign successfully made a great impact on brand perception of affordable, also achieving sales growth by 2.5 times, media in Taiwan even praised it as the best business model ever.

KFC - Scroll Thru
KFC wanted to increase its online delivery business but instead of just creating a traditional awareness campaign, the Scroll-Thru campaign hacked Facebook's ad formats to turn them into an interactive food ordering experience. We re-created the physical and human elements of the drive-thru experience in the place our Arab Youth audience like to hang out the most: the social newsfeed, so they could give into their fried chicken cravings without ever leaving it. The campaign delivered over 86,000 meals in two months, and generated more than 230% in incremental revenue,

The Big Shutdown
Saudis prefer to carry out even basic transactions in person. Upon revamping its self-service digital suite, STC needed the relaunch to be a turning point in changing customer habits and in supporting the government’s vision of a fully-digitized Saudi. On December 19th, 2018, STC closed all 220 branches in 118 cities with no prior notice and encouraged customers to go online, aided by posters that explained app usage steps and online educational videos. Doing so, STC turned reluctant, tradition-minded Saudis into modern-day e-customers and digital citizens.
