When it comes to Hong Kong, a lot of travellers believe they’ve seen it all before. Hong Kong Tourism Board asked those who know the city best to recommend new places for the world to see. Overnight, Hong Kong locals became the city’s official photographers. Inspired by travel preferences of top ten visitor source markets. New short stay itineraries were created. These image based itineraries could be found online through social platforms. Reframing Hong Kong’s most popular imagery was made publicly available so travel platforms could upgrade their visual identity.
