In the era of customer centricity and ease, the last thing you would expect from an insurance brand would be to make things inconvenient for their customers… But that’s what Swann Insurance did to disrupt the category and deliver profitable market share. By creating ‘Inconvenience Stores’ in the middle of nowhere yet at the end of some of Australia’s most epic rides, Swann Insurance gave riders a ‘reason to ride’ and demonstrated to motorcyclists that they understood them and their need to feel free on the open road. By flipping the notion of convenience in a way our customers understood; Swann Insurance drove a 52.2% increase in revenue within a flat market with a profit ROI of 453%.

COLO COLO Y LA U: EL PESO DE LOS DOS GRANDES Este año Colo Colo y la U estaban clasificados a Copa Libertadores. Esto no pasaba desde el 2015. Aunque son excelentes noticias para Fox Sports, era clave entender el efecto emocional de esto en los hinchas ya que ambos equipos arrastraban una mala participación en la Copa Libertadores y en los últimos años ninguno lograba superar la fase de grupos. Esto generaba abandono temprano de los clientes del servicio premium. DESAFIO: Anticipar las ventas nuevas de FOX Sports Premium desde enero y febrero, y potenciarlas al máximo durante marzo y abril, para intentar superar el peak histórico de abonados. UN HINCHA TITULAR, SIGUE A SU EQUIPO. LA PROMO: Para potenciar la campaña de contratación Fox Sports creó una promo pensada para los hinchas y fomentar su interés por La Copa. Quienes contrataran Fox Sports los primeros meses del año participarían por ganar uno de los 90 pasajes en avión para ir a apoyar a su equipo (Colo Colo o la U) de visita.

Huggies. Born for hugs 2018
In 2015 Huggies decided to step aside from the communicational race against Pampers, which was based on product advantages. Instead, the brand started building trust relationship with consumers, speaking about emotional values of Huggies: the power of Hugs. The brand focused its efforts on the POME subcategory, because the first embraces are the most important and memorable. To convince the Ukrainians of the healing power of hugs to change lives, the brand decided to bring embraces to those who were deprived of them: babies left without mothers and prematurely born babies. As a result of several emotional campaigns the brand gave hugs to hundreds of babies, and the Ukrainians acknowledged Huggies as #1 brand in Ukraine.
