The Hunt for the First Ever Mrs. Meyer's Home 'Maker'

How can a small, but inspired, natural home cleaning brand reignite growth in a category created and defined by the better-funded incumbents? By reframing the category and challenging marketing norms, it reached a new consumer showing that cleaning isnt the end of something dirty but the start of something inspirational. A contest brought the insight to life prompting consumers to share their personal stories of making. Cristal se relanzaba en el mercado con nuevos packs, nuevas fórmulas y la necesidad de definir una estrategia de comunicación que pudiese diferenciarla en una categoría muy competitiva. Basándose en su propio nombre surgió la campaña “Seamos Transparentes” que, con un Rafa Cotelo de cristal, invitó a los uruguayos a probar sus productos desarrollados con la mejor ecuación costo-calidad. La campaña, además de reposicionar a una marca casi olvidada, le permitió a la compañía alcanzar cifras de venta récord en pocos meses.
