Grey created the charming and memorable "Creature Comforts" campaign to introduce Ethan Allen's new collection of overstuffed sofas and chairs -- the Comfort Collection. The trick was to make this Collection appeal to a new younger consumer without Alienating Ethan Allen's older core customer. What better way to attract this dual audience, and convince them that the Comfort Collections offers the ultimate in comfort, than to feature a live brown bear named Ursula--a tough and most arresting critic when it comes to selecting the perfect resting place for a long winter's nap.
