SUMMARY
Twenty years after inventing the smart home cleaning category, iRobot found themselves in a sea of sameness. The objective was to increase sales by creating a differentiating platform, shifting the conversation from hardware/features to our thoughtfully intelligent operating system. The iRobot OS Situation Roomb campaign personified that intelligence. Sales increased 17% and differentiation metrics increased by +21pp proving we built a platform that will help future-proof the brand as it brings more products to market while still impacting their business today.
