The challenge for L'Oreal was to successfully launch Colour Endure Makeup, and become a major player in this segment. After only six months, L'Oreal has surpassed most of the competition and become the #2 selling transfer-resistant foundation in both $SOM and Unit Volume. During this same time period, the category leader, Revlon, has decreased -16% $SOM and 19% Unit Volume.

The Protection Specialist
The " protection Specialist" campaign redefined the need for Prestone antifreeze by pointing out to consumers that their car's cooling systems have changed over time, and are now thinner, made of aluminum, and vulnerable to failure. The goal of the campaign was to increase Prestone's share of the antifreeze market by convincing consumers that Prestone antifreeze is superior to other alternatives because it has been specially formulated to meet the demands of today's cooling systems.
