Boar’s Head How2Charcuterie program came in when no major player was owning the board in retail. We helped shoppers overcome their decision paralysis and aided in inspiration for the char-curious. Objectives were to grow sales, reach a new consumer, get them to try and get our mnemonic easy-to-follow creative up in-store. Our sales grew in our top retailers, we increased both trial and repeat at major participating retailers, thanks to having increased ACV distribution of display – plus, targeted media exceeded all benchmarks!

Unilever Kroger Scents of Confidence
Unilever and Kroger showed Puberty-Puzzled Parents how to take the sweat out of finding their tweens’ first deodorant. Instead of dividing deodorants by gender, we helped them shop based on their tweens’ personalities and passions. This armed parens and kids with a Scents of Confidence. The campaign increased Unilever deodorant sales by 20%, drove retention with 40.6% repeat shoppers during the program period, and increased our share of sales to 47.13% for the deodorant category. Ultimately, Scents of Confidence positioned Unilever as #1 at Kroger among households with children.

Spirits To Fit Your Lifestyle
More than ever, consumers are drinking “mindfully” - placing more preference/consideration towards bev-alch drinks aligning with a wellness-oriented lifestyle. The problem is- spirits are not the top (or even second) choice for these mindful moments. So we uncovered why, and created a unique portfolio spirits platform that successfully drove inspiration and conversion, supported by an omnichannel activation plan. This program overly surpassed sales and sell-in expectations, achieving many first-time wins for our organization. The platform was so successful, retailers asked for a year 2 execution of the program.
