COVID-19 is the health crisis of our time. Walgreens needed to vaccinate the country at a never-before-seen scale. Unlike previous vaccination campaigns, Walgreens faced immense challenges: varying eligibility, disinformation, new distribution and infrastructure needs. We needed breakthrough creative, a unifying rallying cry: “This Is Our Shot.” To enable precise targeting, we created a “Vaccine Readiness Model” that accurately predicted individuals most likely to vaccinate. A phased go-to-market strategy allowed flexibility among ever-changing vaccine availability and consumer eligibility. Our timely approach helped us administer 34.6M vaccines, saving millions of lives.

UBER EATS + COKE + FEEDING AMERICA PROGRAM
During the height of the pandemic, Coca-Cola transformed an everyday act of necessary convenience (online delivery) into a conscious act of charitable giving (meal donations). Coke wanted to restore traffic to its valued restaurant partners, while at the same time supporting local communities. For every meal ordered on Uber Eats, Coca-Cola would donate one meal to Feeding America, with a goal of donating 5 million meals by the program’s end—and all shoppers had to do was click, order, and dine at-home when their delivery arrived.
