SUMMARY
lululemon is famous for creating the yoga legging, one of the most comfortable, flattering, and stylish garments available to women today. But with the rise of cheap look-a-like “dupes,” the brand’s future was threatened. We created dupe swap, an opportunity for 500 women to swap their fakes for the real thing in an event designed to generate maximum social and earned coverage nationwide and protect future revenue. It attracted thousands in person, reached millions online, and helped generate a +3% ($56M) over-performance in Q2 revenue.
