Cigna needed to boost commercial sales during a global
pandemic, return-to-work-crisis, and mental health crisis when health insurance
was seen as a “cost center.” Cigna recognized that successful companies had one
thing in common--healthy employees. So, Cigna reframed its health plans as
“growth plans” by aligning our services to the business needs of our clients
like productivity, retention, and increased motivation.
Since
launch, Cigna’s campaign broke ground by shifting attitudes about mental health
and helping business owners like you realize how an investment in employee
wellbeing could drive business growth.
