SUMMARY
The shopping experience at Target has evolved as shoppers become open to gender-neutral products. In order to keep up with our Target shoppers’ changing needs, we identified an opportunity for Unilever to align with Target's guest-focused approach in the personal care aisle by creating space for shoppers to discover products that are a fit for them regardless of how they identify. We leveraged digital ad placements during key online moments, more than doubling our >5% sales lift goal while reaching 116K new guests.
