Our competition was the verb of the category and we couldn’t outspend them, we had to outsmart them. We identified an audience the rest of the category ignored, which led to our insight: Zelle® is the P2P payment service our audience always wanted, but didn’t know they already had.
With a campaign focused on educating our audience on the benefits of Zelle® we increased product understanding by 43% and consideration for the brand by 25%. Ultimately, our campaign helped Zelle® achieve its business goal of increasing transactions by over 50%.
