SUMMARY
OhioHealth’s cancer care had just 5% awareness in a market where a single competitor dominated: the big research hospital.
Since we couldn’t out-credential or out-spend the competition, we had to out-inspire them. The work challenged all the conventions of cancer care marketing, and the idea that thinking about the future was off limits for cancer patients and their families. Through a joyful, and defiantly update campaign, we inspired people to Keep Making Plans.
And in doing so, we raised awareness and consideration for OhioHealth within months.
