SUMMARY
In 2020, we were all asking tough questions about our world, our biases, who gets to participate in life’s best things. In real estate, we saw a reckoning that discrimination in housing – and the disparities it creates – is alarmingly real.
It became clear that an advertising campaign would not be enough to make a difference. We needed to move beyond awareness and create a campaign to inspire tangible action. We embraced cultural fuel around fair housing and translated it into real actions from the world’s largest trade association.
