SUMMARY
Can-Am Ryker’s Women Mentorship Program is changing the shape of the motorcycling industry by paving the road for female riders. Can-Am identified the complex barriers that prevented women from the thrill of riding and established a comprehensive program led by women, for women to connect, educate and empower female riders. The program turbo-charged female enlistment for moto licensing, galvanized female ridership on Can-Am’s Ryker, and brought resurgence to a category that has long been male-dominated and in decline.
