SUMMARY
Baskin-Robbins is one of the most beloved players in the ice-cream category, but has struggled to stay relevant to modern consumers. To regain relevance, Baskin-Robbins executed an immersive partnership with Netflix to promote the release of Stranger Things 3. We developed an AR game, Operation Snoop Scoop, taking consumers back to 1985. Over the span of 11 days, players solved missions using Season 3 plot points, real-world events from 1985, and clues provided by the cast.
