SUMMARY
In an enormously regulated and low-interest category like financial services, there are very few ways to differentiate yourself beside brand, and those who do this best have well-established vehicles. Brands who successfully implement branding campaigns tend to do so with large and continuous investments, meanwhile TSB was being outspent by well-established high street banks and out-innovated by digital startup banks. Despite this, our young brand asset punched well above her weight to deliver. Tiny is at the very start of that journey, and we feel confident in her progress so far.
