Objectives: An important part of growth and leadership in any business is a constant inflow of new customers. (source: Byron Sharp. How the Brands Grow: What Marketers Do Not Know). That is why our campaign was aimed at achieving the main business goal attracting new clients. The conservative brand image was the key barrier for potential clients preventing them from coming to Sberbank. So our main communication challenge was to build an image of a modern bank for business that includes parameters like innovative products, a client-centered approach, affordability and easy interaction.
