From being an equity leader, to declining brand power and consumers lapsing due to low product differentiation coupled with high investment by competition was taking away the share of mind that the brand once enjoyed. This re-launch was a perfect super-mix of a differentiated functional benefit married with consumer insights to bring the brand back on-trend. With an IMC we aimed to connect our consumers with Sunsilk again to drive business results.
