SUMMARY
Pakistanis are rapidly becoming digital savvy, spearheaded by youth and young adults, who are also our TA. They use apps that serve specific purposes, are easy to use and rewarding. Riding on this trend, we pushed the usage of McDonald’s App for ordering food in restaurants and for delivery, to collect loyalty points and get free food and offers. Redesigning McDelivery app we integrated our loyalty program in it, giving an ‘exclusive club’ privilege to our TA resulting in overachieving results across all KPIs making the campaign a resounding success.
