Ramadan is a time when food plays a major role. Food choices during Sehr, Iftar and other moments are a matter of great concern. However, the month is typically not associated with food delivery apps as people generally prefer preparing meals at home. foodpanda was able to turn this around by driving consumers to build a habit of using the app so that they could, instead, spend time on more important things and leave the food to us. We achieved a 6% increase in top-of-mind and 5% increase in orders.
