As the U.S. Postal Service, how do you move from being associated with outdated, cheap, and slow, and for when it doesnt matter,to the simple, smart way to ship what matters, when it matters most? The solution was to take advantage of the hectic Holiday season to prove USPSs reliability when it matters most. Improved tracking and greater reliability came through loud and clear, as USPS saw leaps in revenue, and revenue specific to the critical crunch time, one week leading up to December 25.
