SUMMARY
Christmas Stamp booklet sales had been falling yearly. We needed to stem the erosion of the Christmas sending tradition to stay relevant. From the insight that nothing can hold a candle to the emotional impact of a receiving a handwritten message at Christmas, came an enduring creative platform - a call to Send Love. We brought this to life in different ways over the years to reflect the mood of the nation. Connecting on this emotional level translated into spurring new sending behaviours and therefore yearly volume and revenue growth.
