SUMMARY
Hagar International is an anti-slavery organization dedicated to survivor recovery. It's a lesser-known cause, and as such, it also has a harder time finding support. With the pandemic hamstringing Hagar's growth momentum and uncertainty looming over the success of their big annual fundraiser, Hagar needed a different strategy to secure donations from its affluent donors. Inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi, Hagar engaged donors through an unforgettable experience that also explains the good that Hagar brings to the world, ultimately impacting more than 1160 lives of modern slavery survivors.
