SUMMARY

2022 is a year of confusion under fluctuating COVID restrictions. For travel-loving Hongkongers, whether to travel remained uncertain. How do we market the Amex Explorer Credit Card which promotes great travel rewards when people are extremely uncertain about traveling still? We tapped the ‘hybrid mode’ mentality and applied it to our card. We transformed the Explorer into a ‘hybrid vehicle’ symbolizing cashback and miles rewards to drive a new trend of reward flexibility by partnering with Anson Kong from Mirror, a true hybrid personality.
