SUMMARY
With the Emma app, AXA revamped its entire customer experience with a completely digital yet humanised and personal brand touchpoint. Tapping into people’s everyday health concerns, we sought to position Emma as a one-stop, support system that not only solves their insurance needs, but champions them daily in their quest for better health and wellbeing. As a result, the ‘Everyday Gets Better with Emma’ campaign rapidly achieved over 54,000 downloads in two months, uplifted brand image by 15pts and generated a ROMI of 4:1 for AXA.
