DISTELSA Group (electronics/home appliances) covers socio-economic levels BC through its MAX shops. In order to also cover D1 level, TECNOFACIL stores were launched providing a superior, easy and secure shopping experience with full support and warranty. The creative concept “Be smart with your buck”, a rhyme (in spanish) and a humorous radiography of the category, was launched on TV, social media, radio, print, msm mobile, outdoors and POP. Sales budget increased on 165%, market share increased 180%, in-store customer experience scores increased 16% and a successful CSR program was launched.
