SUMMARY
Raising awareness on the issue of sexual harassment in the workplace is a huge challenge. The campaign took a fresh approach and aimed at the silent majority, instead of victims. The tone mocked our tolerance for abuse and encouraged people to have a conversation about the topic. The campaign cut through the masses instantly and became viral on social media. 72% of those polled believed the ad will have a positive impact on work culture in Iceland, and more than half shared or discussed the content with others.
