SUMMARY
One in three women in Czechia, Slovakia and Hungary have experienced some form of domestic abuse, and during the pandemic, the number even increased while the system in our region acts as if the problem doesn’t exist.
IKEA’s mission is to create a better everyday life for the many. That's why IKEA decided to break the silence and started a project #FORSAFEHOME in partnership with local NGOs dealing with this issue, for spreading the awareness about domestic violence and a positive change in the region.
