The “What’s Your What’s Next” campaign needed to drive Canadians to open accounts and make investments using TD Wealth products and services. Because TD Wealth has multiple lines of business, 14 personas, and a multitude of distinct products and offers, this ask would normally lead to 30+ separate campaigns. But we needed to achieve results with one integrated program personalized at scale. And we did just that, driving an average 50% YOY increase in new account openings across TD Wealth and encouraging 20 million Canadians to invest with TD Wealth.
