Couche-Tard was rocked by a never-seen-before employment crisis in Quebec. Impacting our sales and, worse, our brand, since we’re known for being open late that had to close its doors early. To rally, we turned to
a group of people who could help us reopen our doors: first-time job seekers. Seeing a blank resume as an indicator that they’re ready to get to work, we built our campaign around getting their first job at Couche-Tard. Our campaign ROI was 136% and generated a
358% increase in average monthly hires.
