SUMMARY
Voilà is a relatively new grocery delivery service with a lot of competition and not a lot of familiarity amongst our millennial target market. By taking a thoughtful insights-driven approach using social data, Voilà was able to increase users and orders, and dramatically decrease cost per acquisition. Realizing that viral recipe trends on TikTok can literally sell out ingredients from grocers, we identified trends before they happened and made viral food TikToks shoppable for delivery in one click. Turning complex data into dinners, just like that.
