After making some much needed upgrades, Wendy’s had to get more people to download and use their App to make mobile purchases. After finding that their customer base would only use a fast-food app if it offered exclusive deals, Wendy’s made something so exclusive it blew other apps out of the water: an exclusive, custom-built phone that you could only get by downloading and using the Wendy’s App.
