SUMMARY
As natural disasters occurred with unfortunate consistency, we saw an opportunity to push our crisis assist services further. So we activated OnStar Crisis Mode during Hurricane Ida – turning all of our marketing channels into lifelines - to help more people.
We successfully established the brand as a trusted voice in the emergency response space (named a “top account to follow” on Twitter), reinforced OnStar’s lasting commitment to safety/security (increasing followers, page visits, engagement) and helped keep more people safe – connecting them to help and loved ones.
