You might assume that a big problem like mental health needs an equally big solution.  But by making mental health problems feel big and overwhelming, previous campaigns had failed to help those who needed it most. We made the steps to better wellbeing feel smaller and more achievable. Instead of amplifying the challenge, we gave those who were struggling the belief they could take small steps to big improvements in their wellbeing. Starting small drove big behaviour-change impact.
