SUMMARY

This is an outstanding example of how effective purpose-work can be when rooted in brand truth. Its Boot’s purpose, "With You. For Life", that gave us the impetus to re-connect with its heartland audience of 45+ on potentially one of their most disruptive life-stages, menopause. When other brands sensationalized menopause to sell, we normalized to support, performing a nation-wide act of social good to help as many women as we could understand their menopause symptoms and turn to Boots for solutions and support. We transformed the way menopause was perceived and navigated, growing penetration.
