Let’s Do London' is a fruitful marriage of incisive creative messaging and brilliant media planning, which seized the moment to reposition London from an unattractive, Covid-hit summertime destination, to a city of unrivalled experiences free from international crowds. This drove significant economic effects in tourism revenue and ultimately saved jobs. We identified the highest potential audience segments to serve messaging, differentiated our offer relative to competing destinations, established a multichannel communications strategy and measured the impact all within a tight planning to activation period.
