Audience: The main target audience was cat and dog owners. Many owners believe that bringing pets to veterinarians when there is no sign of illness is useless, causes additional expenses and simply stresses out a pet. Quite often they make diagnosis and treatment of the pets themselves, addressing questionable sources on the internet instead of an expert. All these factors often lead to complications and significant deterioration of pets health.

Objectives: The vet sales channel has a high development potential: the main sales occur right after the vets check and prescription, while the level of pets medicalization is currently low. Basing on that we created the following goals: A)- To increase share of visits in veterinary clinics with check-up purpose by 4pp. -Increase sales of Royal Canin pet food through the channel of veterinary clinics by 5%. B) To secure the reputation of Royal Canin as a socially responsible brand of pet food
