And more expected ads featuring pretty images of rooms, pools and properties ween't going to do the trick. Instead, Westin tapped into travelers' inherent desire to feel good with a campaign that promised not just a better hotel, but a better you. Each amenity and service at Westin was positioned to promote guest well-being. The work established a clear point of difference for the brand, creating preference and driving business.
