Born from a
vision to grow the creative economy, d3 has been set up by the Ruler of Dubai
to attract more creative businesses and elevate the art and culture scene. With
leading design, art, and fashion businesses setting up in
d3, the district enjoyed a market monopoly.
However, the emergence
of new creative districts within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, KSA, and Qatar has hindered d3’s
partner base and fragmented the market leaving people confused about what d3
still meant to them. Hence a need for a brand positioning campaign.
